From their musical contributions to their struggle for equal pay and recognition, Kirsten Thien starts with the early innovators and pioneers, working up to contemporary stars of today and sharing some of her personal journey as a professional touring and recording musician. Part concert, part history, part folklore, Kirsten is accompanied by Erik Boyd on bass and guitar. A Q&A will follow the presentation.
