From their musical contributions to their struggle for equal pay and recognition, Kirsten Thien covers the early innovators and pioneers, as well as contemporary stars of today and sharing some of her personal journey as a professional touring and recording musician. Part concert, part history, part folklore, Kirsten is accompanied by Erik Boyd on bass and guitar for this unique program.
